Autodesk, Inc. is a US software company that makes design and make software for architecture, engineering and construction, product design and manufacturing, and media and entertainment. Its headquarters is at One Market in San Francisco. Andrew Anagnost has been President and Chief Executive Officer since June 2017. Autodesk trades on Nasdaq under the symbol ADSK.

Its best-known products include AutoCAD for 2D and 3D drafting, Revit for building information modelling, Autodesk Inventor for mechanical design, Autodesk Fusion for cloud-based CAD/CAM, and Maya and 3ds Max for 3D animation. Autodesk Construction Cloud supports construction project management. In India, AutoCAD and Revit are widely used by architects, civil engineers, MEP consultants and manufacturers. Its media and entertainment tools, Maya and 3ds Max, are used in Indian animation, VFX and gaming studios.

Autodesk has moved from perpetual licences to subscriptions. It sells monthly, annual and multi-year subscriptions online and through authorised resellers, and offers product collections that bundle several tools.
