Info Edge (India) Limited is an Indian internet company best known for Naukri.com, the online recruitment platform it launched on 27 March 1997. The company was incorporated on 1 May 1995 as Info Edge (India) Private Limited and became a public limited company in April 2006. Its corporate office is at B-8, Sector-132, Noida, Uttar Pradesh, and its registered office is at Meghdoot Building, Nehru Place, New Delhi. Sanjeev Bikhchandani is the founder, and Hitesh Oberoi is Managing Director and CEO.

Info Edge runs several businesses. Recruitment covers Naukri.com, Naukri RMS (a recruitment management system for employers), iimjobs and Hirist. Real estate is 99acres.com, which offers listings and subscriptions for agents and builders. Matrimony is Jeevansathi.com, and education is Shiksha.com. Info Edge also invests in startups, including Zomato and PolicyBazaar.

Employers and recruiters buy Naukri's paid products, such as Resdex database access, job posting packs and Naukri RMS, through Info Edge's direct sales teams in offices across India. 99acres sells listing packages to property agents and developers. Prices are quoted in rupees and invoiced with GST. Info Edge says it runs a network of offices across India and, through Naukrigulf.com, has offices in Dubai, Bahrain, Riyadh and Abu Dhabi. Its corporate overview calls it one of the very few profitable pure-play internet companies in India.

In 2006 Info Edge became the first Indian dot-com company to list on the NSE and BSE; its NSE symbol is NAUKRI. It reported standalone revenue from operations of ₹3,052 crore for FY2025-26. The company's 31st Annual General Meeting was held by video conference on 25 August 2026.
