Swiggy Limited is a Bengaluru-headquartered consumer technology company that runs food delivery, quick commerce and related local services across India. The company was incorporated in 2013 and launched its food delivery service in 2014. It was founded by Sriharsha Majety, Nandan Reddy and Rahul Jaimini, and Majety is Managing Director and Group CEO.

For businesses, the most relevant products are the Swiggy restaurant partner programme and its partner app, used to manage menus, orders, pricing, promotions and payouts. There are also Dineout table reservations, Instamart for quick-commerce brands and sellers, advertising on the Swiggy platform, and logistics services. Restaurants can list on the platform, run in-app ads and discounts, and view order and customer analytics.

Swiggy earns revenue from restaurants and brands mainly through commissions on orders, advertising fees and platform or service fees charged to consumers. Commission rates are not published and are agreed with each partner. Restaurants sign up through the partner portal, which asks for an FSSAI licence, GST details and bank information. Payouts to restaurants are settled on a weekly cycle after commissions, taxes and any promotional costs are deducted.

Swiggy listed on Indian stock exchanges through its IPO in November 2024. Its corporate site gives the CIN L74110KA2013PLC096530 and a registered office at Sumadhura Capitol Towers in Bengaluru, and says the platform passed 120 million cumulative transacting users by 2025 across hundreds of Indian cities. Its leadership also includes Rohit Kapoor (CEO, Food Marketplace) and Nandita Sinha (CEO, Instamart). The company publishes quarterly shareholder letters with results for its food delivery, Instamart and out-of-home consumption segments.
