Delhivery Limited is an Indian logistics and supply chain company based in Gurugram, Haryana. It was founded in 2011 by Sahil Barua, Mohit Tandon, Bhavesh Manglani, Suraj Saharan and Kapil Bharati. It started as a hyperlocal delivery service and grew into one of India's largest express parcel and freight networks.

Delhivery B2B covers part-truckload and full-truckload freight. The company also offers warehousing and fulfilment, cross-border shipping, and supply chain software for larger shippers.

Delhivery sells directly to e-commerce companies, D2C brands and enterprises under negotiated contracts. Smaller sellers can sign up through Delhivery One and pay per shipment, with rates that depend on weight, distance and service type. In its FY2024-25 annual report, Delhivery says it covered 18,800+ PIN codes, served more than 40,000 customers, and ran 20.1 million square feet of logistics space. That space included 85 fulfilment centres and 4,494 last-mile delivery centres.

Delhivery listed on the National Stock Exchange and BSE in May 2022. It reported FY2024-25 revenue from services of Rs 8,931.9 crore and a profit after tax of Rs 162.1 crore. Co-founder Sahil Barua is Managing Director and CEO. Co-founders Kapil Bharati and Suraj Saharan are executive directors. The same annual report says Delhivery moved goods worth about Rs 2.34 lakh crore during the year and ran 158 processing centres and 111 gateways. It also says the company created 2.96 million daily customer touchpoints in the year.
