Netcore Cloud

Netcore, formerly branded Netcore Cloud and now operating at netcore.ai, is a Mumbai-headquartered marketing technology company. It provides customer engagement, email delivery and personalisation software to consumer brands in e-commerce, retail, banking, media and travel.

Its product lines include the Netcore customer engagement and experience platform for omnichannel campaigns and journeys, and email delivery and API infrastructure that includes the former Pepipost product. It also offers Hansel, a tool for app nudges and in-app experiences, together with product recommendation and personalisation engines and SMS and messaging services. Large Indian consumer brands use these products for transactional and marketing communications at high volume.

Netcore sells mainly through direct enterprise sales, with pricing based on message volume, user volume or platform tier. The email API and delivery services have also been available on self-serve, usage-based plans for developers.

Rajesh Jain, a pioneer of Indian internet portals in the late 1990s, founded the company and is its Group MD, while Kalpit Jain serves as Group CEO. The official leadership page gives 1998 as the founding year, and other public references give December 1997. The company says it serves more than 6,500 brands, and its headquarters is at Peninsula Towers in Lower Parel, Mumbai. Press coverage has described Netcore as a bootstrapped company. It has not published a current employee count on its leadership page. Because the product names have changed over time, buyers should confirm which current Netcore product replaces older offerings such as Pepipost or Hansel. They should also check how email and messaging volumes are priced under a new contract.
