Walkover Web Solutions is an Indore-based software company that builds and runs a portfolio of SaaS products. The best known are MSG91, a cloud communication platform for SMS, OTP, email, voice and WhatsApp, and Giddh, an online accounting software product for small businesses.

MSG91 is its largest product line. Indian businesses use it for transactional and promotional SMS, OTP verification through SendOTP, WhatsApp and email messaging, and voice APIs, and the company says the platform delivers more than a billion SMS each month. Giddh offers cloud accounting, GST invoicing and inventory features for SMEs, and Walkover also builds integration tools such as Socket.

MSG91 is sold on a prepaid, usage-based model, with credits or per-message rates and volume discounts, and developers can sign up online. Giddh is sold as a subscription. Both products are aimed at Indian startups and SMEs, and MSG91 also serves larger enterprises that need high-volume OTP and notification delivery.

Press coverage names Pushpendra Agrawal and Shubhendra Agrawal as the founders behind MSG91. The company describes itself as a remote-first team of more than 150 people. It has not published revenue or customer counts on its main website. Because Walkover runs several brands under one legal entity, buyers of MSG91 or Giddh should check which product-specific terms and invoicing apply. They should also confirm DLT registration support for SMS sent in India, which Indian telecom rules require.
